# Lead Scraper

Lead Scraper turns a search like "dentist in Warsaw" into a clean list of companies with phone numbers and emails, ready to call or import into your CRM.

It runs a two-step pipeline for you automatically: first it collects businesses from Google Maps, then it visits each company website to extract emails and social profiles. You only pay for what a search actually uses, deducted from your Voicetta wallet.

## Why it matters for your business

- **Save money:** skip paid lead lists and manual copy-paste from Google Maps and websites.
- **Work faster:** one search produces a call- and email-ready contact list in minutes.
- **Standardize service:** every export has the same columns, so your team works from one format.
- **Fill your pipeline:** send new leads straight into GoHighLevel with tags that trigger your automations.

## How it works

1. **Find companies:** Voicetta searches Google Maps for your terms and location, collecting name, category, address, phone, rating, and website.
2. **Extract contacts:** for each company website (and social profile pages), it scans for emails, extra phone numbers, and social links.
3. **Merge:** results are combined per company, keeping both the Google Maps phone and any phone found on the website.

By default only companies **with a website** are scanned, because a website is where emails are found. You can include companies without a website too — you will get their name and phone, but no email.

## Step-by-step in the app

1. Open **Lead Scraper** from the sidebar.
2. Enter one or more **search terms** (for example `dentist`, `car workshop`).
3. Enter a **location** (for example `Warsaw, Poland`).
4. Set **results per term** (up to 120 — Google Maps shows about that many per search).
5. Review the **estimated cost** shown under the button, then select **Find leads**.
6. Watch the two-step progress. You can leave the page — the search keeps running.
7. When it finishes, review the results table: company, phone, email, website, rating.

## Filters

Open **Filters** on the search card to narrow results and control cost:

- **Category keywords:** keep only places matching a category word (for example `pizza`, `implants`).
- **Minimum rating:** Any, 3+, 3.5+, 4+, or 4.5+.
- **Name matching:** Any, Includes, or Exact.
- **Skip closed places:** ignore permanently or temporarily closed businesses.
- **Location precision:** country, city, state, and postal code, or a GPS point with a radius.
- **Language:** the language of the returned place details.
- **Include companies without a website:** off by default (no email possible).
- **Crawl depth:** Contact page only, Standard, or Deep — deeper crawls find more emails but cost more.

**Tip:** for large cities, split searches by postal code or district instead of raising results per term.

## Export

From the results table, choose **Export**:

- **GHL Companies CSV (.csv):** a CSV shaped for HighLevel's **Contacts → Companies → Import** flow. It uses Company fields like `Name`, `Email`, `Phone`, `Website`, `Address`, and `Description`.
- **Excel workbook (.xlsx):** a ready-to-open spreadsheet for Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers, with a bold header row. HighLevel Company import accepts CSV only, so use this format for review/editing, then save as CSV if needed.

Extra emails, phones, social links, rating, review count, and Google Maps URL are kept in additional columns so they can be ignored or mapped to custom Company fields during HighLevel import.

Use the quick filters ("Has email", "Has phone") and per-row copy buttons to grab a single value fast.

## Send to GoHighLevel

If your workspace has a GoHighLevel connection, select **Send to GoHighLevel** and choose where the records should go:

- **Companies:** creates GoHighLevel Company records, upserts a tagged contact when the lead has an email or phone, and links that contact to the company.
- **Contacts:** uses the classic contact upsert flow with tags for automations.

Add **tags** before confirming. These trigger your GoHighLevel automations and campaigns, and Voicetta also adds a `voicetta-lead-scraper` tag so you can find the records later.

For Companies, HighLevel receives the Company record plus a linked, tagged Contact for automation. If your existing GoHighLevel connection was created before Company export was added, reconnect GoHighLevel to grant the newer object-record permissions.

Not connected yet? Connect GoHighLevel in **Agent → Connections** first. If you do not have a GoHighLevel account, you can create one and then connect it.

## Billing

Each search is charged to your Voicetta wallet based on actual usage:

- Before a search starts, Voicetta shows an **estimated maximum cost** and blocks the search if your balance is too low.
- When the search finishes, your wallet is charged for what the run actually used. Cancelled searches are only charged for what they consumed.
- Charges appear in your normal billing history, and each search shows its cost in the history list.
