What does BYOK mean?
Bring Your Own Key. You pay your AI provider. Voicetta charges infrastructure.
Is there a Voicetta platform markup on BYOK?
No. Infrastructure is 1.2¢/min ($0.72 per hour), excluding the phone line. Your AI provider bills you directly.
What does 1.2¢/min include?
Infrastructure only. The phone line on Voicetta numbers adds 0.4¢/min inbound (~1.6¢/min total) or 0.7¢/min outbound.
Can I use Voicetta for outbound calls?
Yes. Infrastructure is 1.2¢/min either way. The phone line adds 0.7¢/min for US outbound (1.9¢/min total).
Can I use SMS and WhatsApp?
Yes. SMS 5¢/message. WhatsApp 1¢/message. Check Billing for your workspace rate.
Do I have to use BYOK?
No. GPT-Live and Grok Voice include the AI.
