Is the free start really free?
Yes. Up to 20,000 credits, no credit card. Use them however you want. When they're gone, pick a plan.
What can I do with 20,000 credits?
About 25–100 Guest conversations, depending on how long they are. Enough to see Voicetta handle real calls and messages from your Guests.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. On Team, unused credits move to the next month.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Your whole team shares one balance, however many people use Voicetta.
Do I get every feature on every plan?
Yes. Free and Team include every channel and feature. Enterprise adds a done-for-you deployment, volume pricing and enterprise controls.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You get an alert first. With auto top-up on, credits refill up to the monthly cap you set, so your Guests always get an answer.
Do phone numbers cost extra?
A phone number uses credits every month. You see the amount before you buy it.
Do I pay for setup?
Not on Free or Team: you set it up yourself, with guides and support. On Enterprise, we deploy Voicetta for you as a paid project.
