    Introduction

    The Controller grants the Processor general authorization to engage the Subprocessors listed below. The current list of Subprocessors is published and kept up to date at https://voicetta.com/subprocessors (or another address notified to the Controller in writing). The list below reflects the status as of the date of this page and is provided for convenience; the binding list is always the current list published at the address above.

    Change Notification

    The Processor will inform the Controller (by electronic means or by publishing an update on the page above together with an email notification) of any intended change concerning the addition or replacement of a Subprocessor, at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Within that period, the Controller may raise a reasoned objection to the new Subprocessor. In that case, the Parties will in good faith agree on next steps, including the possibility for the Controller to discontinue the functionality provided with the involvement of that Subprocessor.

    Data Residency & Compliance

    Depending on which Voicetta application environment you use, customer data is hosted and processed as follows:

    • https://app.voicetta.com — customer data is stored in the European Union (EU) and processed in accordance with the GDPR, the EU AI Act, and applicable Polish and European law.
    • https://usapp.voicetta.com — customer data is hosted on servers in the United States and operated in accordance with applicable United States law and regulations.
    • https://ksaapp.voicetta.com — customer data is hosted on servers in Saudi Arabia and operated in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabian law and regulations.

    Subprocessors may process personal data as needed to provide the Service, subject to this page and applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
