    Voicetta AI Negotiation Challenge – Official Rules

    1. Organizer

    The Voicetta AI Negotiation Challenge ("Challenge") is organized by NovumHouse ("Organizer").

    2. Eligibility

    • The Challenge is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
    • Participants must use a valid phone number to call the designated lines.
    • Employees of the Organizer and their immediate families are not eligible.

    3. How to Participate

    To participate:

    • Call one of the official numbers: +1 650 680 3690 or +48 12 25 99 044
    • Interact with the AI (Voicetta) and attempt to negotiate the price of a hotel stay.
    • Complete the negotiation during the call.

    4. Winning Condition

    A participant wins the Challenge if:

    • They successfully negotiate the final price of the stay to $1 USD (or equivalent) or lower, AND
    • The deal is confirmed by the system (e.g. SMS confirmation or booking link).

    5. Prize

    • A maximum of 3 (three) winners will be selected.
    • Each winner will receive $1000 USD.
    • The prize can be used for any purpose and is not limited to hotel stays.
    • Payment method will be agreed individually (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal).

    6. Winner Selection

    • Winners are determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • The first 3 participants who successfully negotiate the price to $1 USD (or equivalent) or lower AND meet all claim requirements will be declared winners.
    • The exact timestamp of the call and system confirmation will be used to determine order.
    • Once 3 winners are confirmed, the Challenge is automatically closed.

    7. Claiming the Prize

    Verification

    The Organizer reserves the right to verify all claims.

    • Only one winner per unique call/session is allowed.
    • Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or artificially interfere with the system will result in disqualification.

    The comment must be posted as soon as possible after the winning call and include accurate date, time, and time zone.

    8. Fair Use

    Participants agree to:

    • Act in good faith
    • Avoid abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior during the call
    • Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to exploit the AI

    The Organizer may terminate any call or disqualify any participant at their sole discretion.

    9. Availability

    • The Challenge is available for a limited time and may be modified or terminated at any moment without prior notice.
    • The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the phone lines or system.

    10. Liability

    • The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or unsuccessful call attempts.
    • Participation is at the participant's own risk.

    11. Privacy

    • Calls may be recorded for quality, verification, and promotional purposes.
    • By participating, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR).

    12. Changes

    The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time.
