    GoHighLevel integrations help Voicetta connect Guest conversations with CRM and calendar workflows.

    Use it when inbound calls should create or update contact context, support follow-up, or connect to scheduling.

    Step-by-step in the app

    1. Open Agent → Connections.
    2. Find GoHighLevel options under CRM or Calendar.
    3. Connect with a Private Integration token (not the old API key) and your Location ID.
    4. Confirm what actions the agent may use.
    5. Add prompt instructions for qualifying and updating contacts.
    6. Test with a lead qualification scenario.

    How to get credentials in GoHighLevel

    Legacy API keys (Company Settings → API) are gone / end-of-life. Use Private Integrations for API v2:

    1. Open your GoHighLevel sub-account.
    2. Go to Settings → Private Integrations (enable in Labs if you do not see it).
    3. Create new Integration, name it (e.g. Voicetta), and grant contacts + calendar/appointment scopes.
    4. Copy the token (often starts with pit-) — shown once.
    5. Copy the Location ID from the sub-account URL: .../location/LOCATION_ID/....

    Paste both into Voicetta’s Connect dialog.
