    Version v3.3 adds Voicetta-managed voice model options, wallet transaction history, Lead Scraper exports, and safer long-running job recovery.

    What Was Added

    Voicetta Voice, STT, And TTS Options

    Agent Settings now shows more built-in Voicetta-managed model options for voice calls, including speech-to-text, language model, and text-to-speech choices that can run through Voicetta billing when you do not bring your own API keys.

    Model and voice lists now sync from the backend catalog so new supported models and voices can appear without a frontend release.

    Clear Billing Badges

    Provider pickers now show clearer billing badges:

    • Your key: your provider bills you directly.
    • Voicetta: usage is billed from your Voicetta wallet.

    Wallet History

    Billing / Balance & payments now includes Wallet history.

    Workspace owners can review:

    • wallet top-ups,
    • usage debits,
    • signup bonuses,
    • refunds,
    • adjustments.

    Lead Scraper usage appears as Lead Scraper search when available, and voice call charges appear as Voice conversation.

    Lead Scraper helps users find companies from Google Maps, enrich them with website contact details, and export results.

    Supported flows include:

    • GHL Companies CSV export,
    • Excel workbook export,
    • GoHighLevel Company record creation,
    • tagged Contact creation for automations,
    • Contact-to-Company linking in GoHighLevel.

    More Reliable Long-Running Jobs

    Lead Scraper jobs now recover better after backend restarts or deploys.

    If a scrape is interrupted after the external run has already finished, Voicetta can resume from the stored run IDs instead of starting duplicate work.

    What Was Changed

    App Version

    The app version badge now shows v3.3.

    Pricing Language

    Pricing and billing copy now refers to the built-in voice path as Voicetta voice / Voicetta voice line instead of exposing infrastructure provider names.

    Current in-app pricing is still sourced from the backend pricing endpoint. At release time the relevant per-minute rates are:

    • Standard Voicetta AI agent: $0.14/min AI rate, plus phone and Voicetta voice line usage.
    • Realtime Voicetta AI agent: $0.39/min AI rate, plus phone and Voicetta voice line usage.
    • Speechify hosted agent: $0.12/min, with no Voicetta voice line fee.
    • Voicetta voice line: $0.012/min where applicable.
    • US carrier rates currently start at $0.004/min inbound and $0.007/min outbound.

    Always use the in-app Pricing page as the current source of truth.

    Important Notes

    Bring Your Own Keys

    If you add your own provider keys, that provider may bill you directly. Voicetta can still bill wallet-based phone, voice line, routing, or platform usage depending on the selected pipeline.

    GoHighLevel Companies

    For Company export, Voicetta creates a Company record, upserts a tagged Contact when the lead has email or phone, and links that Contact to the Company.

    Wallet Ledger

    Wallet history explains movements in your prepaid balance. Stripe invoices remain separate and continue to show card payments, subscriptions, and downloadable billing documents.
